Datamatics Staffing Services Ltd. (DSSL) has recruited a Director Investments for a Multi Office Firm having its presence across the country with its specialization in wealth creation, preservation, management and Estate Planning.

Our client had given us the mandate to identify a Leader to help them lead Private Equity/Unlisted Investments for their clients. The individual responsible would lead the Investment practice and would work closely with UHNI Families, identifying and investing into the unlisted PE/VC space. This person would have Ivy League academic credentials, over 10 years of direct experience in the Private Equity space and would be capable of leading a team and their valued clients across deal sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence and final investment. The client was looking for a professional with strong understanding of latest in Fintech and Healthtech space and the maturity to create an investment practice from scratch.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across leading Private Equity Companies in India, Consulting firms with strong Unlisted Investment Practice and Sovereign India focused Funds. After an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL zeroed in on a highly qualified professional working as a Principal, with a leading India based and India focused tech Investment fund. The candidate was approached and consulted, encouraged and finally helped into the role with our client. The final selection, a photo finish amongst multiple qualified candidates, has now on boarded with the client.
