Datamatics Staffing Services Ltd. (DSSL) has recruited a General Manager – Business Finance for a Global leader in electronic payment transfers.

Our client had given us the mandate to identify a Leader to help them lead the business finance function, serving the Asia pacific Region. The selected individual would be responsible for evaluating all business opportunities from a financial perspective and would be a de-facto think tank for the global stakeholders of the company. The mandate was especially challenging as the client specifically wanted an individual with extensive experience in the private equity/venture capital space, who would be willing to move to a Corporate Treasury role. The client was looking for a professional with strong understanding of latest technology trends so the company could acquire emerging tech players.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across leading Private Equity and Venture Capital companies in India as well as Consulting firms with strong Fintech and HealthTech Practice. After an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL zeroed in on a highly qualified professional working as a Sr. Analyst in one of the leading Private Equity companies in India. After an extensive and exhausting selection and verification process, the candidate was onboarded with the Client.
