We have recruited a Plant Head for a brewery having its presence across South India

Our client had given us the mandate to identify a leader to help lead a fully automated brewery near Trichy in Tamilnadu. This person would be someone who had managed a fully automated bottling plant preferably from the brewery segment. This role reports to VP Operations.

The client was looking for a professional with strong understanding of latest equipment and manufacturing practices applicable in the bottling Industry.

After evaluating of candidates across leading bottling plant / breweries/ distilleries in India. After an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL Team identified a highly qualified professional working as a Plant Head with a Multinational brewery company. The candidate was evaluated and selected for the above position and has joined recently.
