Datamatics Staffing Services Ltd. (DSSL) has recruited an HR Head for the Agency business of a leading fastest growing Life Insurance Company.

Our client had given us the mandate to identify an HR Leader to lead Agency Channel comprising 4000 employees The incumbent would work directly with Agency Channel Leadership, drive and own world-class HR Agenda and deliver HR practices / HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR function.

S/he will be responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining a team of competent employees, creating a high performance and positive work culture.

The client was looking for a professional Master of Business Administration or Equivalent Degree with 15+ years of experience in relevant field. Exposure to retail sales HR environment with Agency HR experience preferred.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across leading Companies in India and who also had Agency HR background with strong Insurance experience. DSSL zeroed in on an MBA HR from Symbiosis with 18+years of experience. A professional with experience in various industries and was working as Head HR with a startup. She was very well versed with the Agency model as she was instrumental in setting up the same at Bharti AXA.
