Datamatics Staffing Services Ltd. (DSSL) has recruited a Product Group Head Air Conditioners for a leading Indian Conglomerate having its operations across all major global markets.

Our client had given us the critical mandate to identify a Leader to help them lead a particular product category. The client wished to appoint a dynamic business leader, with an excellent track record in heading similar product category, and to integrate his expertise to evolve the product category, introduce new product variations, identify new markets and strengthen and grow the bottom line.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates in the Consumer Electronics industry- both Global and Indian players. After an intensive engagement with several competent and well qualified people in that space and made it to the finish line.

Ultimately, our client selected a dynamic young person with a strong experience of working in the role of Marketing Head with an MNC in export market. He comes with a decade of experience in the desired product category handling various geographies both locally as well as globally.
