Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in Logistics/Courier industry.
– Identification, sign-up and training of 3PLs as partners
– Helping franchisees in recruiting and training their sales executives
– Leading the cycle of new shipper acquisition, sign-up and order generation in co-ordination with franchisees and operations team
– Conducting BTL activities for market activation’s and driving tech adoption of partners and customers
– Accountable for business financial metrics of revenue, profitability and cash flows
– Handling and resolving customer escalations in co-ordination with all stakeholders.
– Working closely with central team for implementation of new products/services.
