Desired Profile

– 15+ years of experience in selling digital transformation consulting services and technology solutions including IoT, AI/ML, Edge and Cloud Solutions etc
– USA experience mandatory
– Well versed with industry standard sales and account management practices
– Miller Heiman and other equivalent trainings and certifications is desirable
– Demonstrated track record of meeting business and revenue growth goals
– Strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Gravitas to engage with senior leaders/ clients and drive change
– Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner
– Ability to work positively with the cross functional teams involved

Responsibility

– Looking for a dynamic and experienced business development and sales leader to join them to lead large account acquisition initiatives, drive strategic account management practices and institutionalize key partnerships with a focus on the US market.
– This is a senior and a strategic position for the business and would be expected to play a meaningful role in its overall growth and direction. The candidate must have the finesse, customer engagement skills and a demonstrated track record in orchestrating sizeable deals in Digital Transformation area.
– Sales Strategy: Responsible for creation and execution of Sales Strategy to maximize the order bookings from the assigned Accounts / Contacts and Leads Plans, oversees and operationalize achievement of company’s rapid growth initiatives through hunting of select new opportunities in key markets.
Account Mining: Create Account mining strategy for the assigned / acquired Accounts and ensure sustainable incremental bookings
– Build new customer, channel and partner relationships to drive incremental sales growth.
– Sales process and pipeline management, Consultative selling /solutions selling
