– Candidates preferred with minimum 0 to 2 years
– Coordinate with SBU Head on manpower requirements.
– Mapping Industry.
– Sourcing candidates from database, portals etc. for suitable CVs and Headhunting suitable candidates as per specifications given by the client.
– Formulate recruitment strategy based on targets (online, employee referrals, agencies, etc.).
– Post job description on various job portals.
– Short list profiles followed by subsequent telephonic or face-to-face interviews. Offer roll out and follow-up with the candidates till joining.
– Carrying out relevant and important correspondence with the client (internal/external) independently.
– Perform reference checks on potential employees.
– Maintain database of candidates.
– Generate employee referrals.
