– Screening resumes, via Portals and Social media for suitable candidates.
– Performing phone/personal interviews with candidates in office and outside locations.
– Independently/assisted handling of clients and undertaking Key account management
– Making recommendations to company hiring managers
– Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
– Following up on the interview process status
– Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
– Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
– Completing timely reports on employment activity
– Any Graduate
– Must have 1-3 years of BFSI Recruitment experience.
– Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality with the ability to handle clients independently.
