– 6 months to 3 years of experience in handling end to end of Recruitments for Corporate. – Clients in the Automotive / Manufacturing/BFSI/ Retail/ Hospitality Sectors.
– Responsible for the Recruitment Service delivery to meet the business targets.
Key activities include:
– Plan , manage and deliver on multiple customer mandates.
– Nurture client accounts to maximize revenue potential.
– Be a single point of contact for customers and build and strengthen client relationships.
– Manage candidate pool effectively to increase utility rate across multiple customers.
– Build market intelligence on specific industry verticals.
– Support business development activities.
– Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
