Our client had given us the mandate for a Director Sales to be based in the Middle East who would develop and implement organization-wide sales and marketing strategy and in turn improve the organizations competitive position.

They wanted an Engineering Graduate with a Master in Business Administration having 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial equipment sales. He should have had an expertise in managing multiple regions/territories with responsibility of at least 15+ million dollars in annual sales revenue.
