Datamatics Staffing Services Ltd. (DSSL) has recruited Director Capital Markets for a world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm.

Our client had given us the mandate to identify a Leader who would source & execute all Private Equity, Debt and Structured Finance transactions and land related transactions such as Dispositions / JV / JD agreements etc. He would be responsible for the revenue from the Geography across all capital transactions. The candidate would be responsible for deal sourcing, execution and closure of transaction across a variety of Real Estate segments – Residential, Commercial, IT Park and SEZs, Retail/shopping centers, hospitality, education, etc. Responsible to actively sell transaction services and create cross selling opportunities; generate new work from existing clients, keep seniors apprised of opportunities.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across Real Estate Companies and Investment management / NBFC’s / IPC’s in India. After an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL zeroed in on a highly qualified professional working as Director Capital markets with another well known IPC. The candidate had a strong Capital Markets background of 12years plus and worked with well know Real Estate and Property Consulting firms.
