Datamatics Staffing Services Ltd. (DSSL) has recruited a Head SME Banking (South & West) for one of the oldest Private sector Bank, headquartered in South India and with presence across India.

Our client had given us the mandate to identify a leader to help them set up and lead SME Banking. This person would be a Post Graduate in Management with 15+ years of experience either from a Bank or an NBFC.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across leading Banks and NBFC’s in India.After an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL zeroed in on a candidate working as a Business Head-Mid Corporates, Commercial Lending with a leading NBFC. The candidate was selected after several rounds of intense discussions and has joined.
