Our client had given us the mandate to identify a Leader to help them in Delivery and Process Excellence. This person would be a leader with more than 2 decades of experience in the e-Publishing domain preferably with global experience, especially in the US, and demonstrated strengths in Delivery, Process Excellence and Client Management
