Our client had given us the mandate to identify a leader who would lead, direct and grow the company operations across India. This person would assume responsibility for building key relationships, ensuring business development & project execution, be the leader in the management team within the company.

The client was looking for a professional with strong understanding of the market trends. The company was run by the promoters & their team. They wanted a suitable candidate to take over the day-to-day functioning from the owner, and run it as P&L responsibility. The company has now become a part of Japanese company /group. His job would involve business development, overseeing project execution, finance, liaise with the new management, manage the team, fix & achieve qualitative & quantitative targets and run the business as a Profit Center.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across leading MEP Contracting Companies in India & the GCC. Companies with strong ethical practices and repute within the industry with established quality, scheduled & profitable execution of Projects. The client wanted a candidate who is steady, qualified Engineer, has India & GCC experience in order to follow international standards with the Indian market in mind. After an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL zeroed in on a highly qualified professional working as a Business Head with the MEP Contracting division of a very reputed Civil Contracting Company. The candidate has worked in the GCC and also India in senior positions. The candidate is successfully on boarded with the client company.
