Our client had given us the mandate to identify a Quality Leader to Drive improvement initiatives (Process Improvement / Transformation / Automation / Predictive Analytics etc.) to attain process excellence, embrace change and drive training on Six-Sigma to help develop Quality DNA within the Human Resources Function. This person would be someone with rich experience in the Quality Function with a Six Sigma black belt certification and rich stake holder management track record with a Global organization.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across leading Global IT / BPM and Consulting Companies in India.

After an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL zeroed in on a highly qualified professional working as Quality Leader with an MNC IT Services organisation. The candidate was selected after rigorous interviews and has since joined our client organisation.
