Datamatics Staffing Services Ltd. (DSSL) has recruited a Head of Product Engineering and Product Management for a leading Commercial Real Estate and Services Company having its presence across the globe.

Our client had given us the mandate to identify a Leader to responsible for growing and leading the highly skilled multi-disciplined software engineering and product management teams. He / she would be responsible for the development strategy, planning, implementation and on-going operations of product and engineering teams for APAC. The client was looking for a professional with strong understanding of latest software engineering best practice include agile, TDD, continuous delivery, micro services, measurement and software. Strong leadership and management abilities, ability to lead cross functional project teams in implementing projects of a complex nature in different markets in APAC simultaneously. Some international exposure was also mandatory.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across leading software and Real Estate Companies in India. After an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL zeroed in on a highly qualified professional working as Vice President Engineering with a mid size but technology driven organisation. The candidate had a strong Engineering background with large team handling experience as well. She had spent 10years in US coming from an educational background of MS from BITS Pilani.
