Our client had given us the mandate to identify a leader to head their Global Compliance function and to ensure that their operational delivery across locations is demonstrably aligned to the relevant regulations and legislation.

The client was looking for a professional with deep understanding of regulatory requirements for data management, financial, and insurance operations globally and especially in the UK and US.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across leading IT/ITES Companies in India with global clientele. After an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL zeroed in on a highly qualified professional working as CISO and VP Enterprise Controls .He was working as the Global Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance, in the space of technology / outsourced services operating out of USA, UAE and India, with future plans of opening a delivery Centre in the UK. He has experience in forming Governance, Risk and Compliance practices from ground-up, and has navigated organizations through complex regulatory and security environments. He has led organizations through necessary accreditation journeys like ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC2 and assumed full responsibility of all local compliance requirements, contractual obligations & environmental and safety standards.
