Our client had given us the mandate to identify a Leader to help them lead their Data Centre Business. This person would be spearheading business development activities for Data Centre tasked with creating opportunities, positioning, and qualification, commercial & contractual negotiations to maximize profit.

The client was looking for a professional with strong understanding and extensive knowledge of Data Center & Cloud business including technology, commercials, sales & competition.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across leading Technology Companies in India, Consulting firms with strong Data Centre Practice and Telecom industry. After an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL zeroed in on a highly qualified professional working as DGM Business Development Data Centre and Cloud Solutions with a large Telecom Company. The candidate was offered the Head Data Centre role after being evaluated by multiple stake holders and is finally on boarded with the client.
