Our client had given us the mandate to identify a Leader to help them lead their patent licensing division for India operations. This person would an experienced attorney responsible for negotiating licenses to company’s global patent portfolio.

The client was looking for a professional with strong understanding of patent licensing and litigation, IPR, paent pools, etc.

The candidate was BE and LLB qualified with more than 10 years of experience in managing patent portfolio.
