Job Description

Desired Profile

– Technical sourcing skills with proven record of having previously successfully recruited IT personnel ( mid to senior level)
– Looking for Candidates passionate to work and grow themselves in recruitment field. Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.

Roles & Responsibility

– Understanding mandates and source relevant candidates from LinkedIn, networking, head hunting and other available sources.
– Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates in consultation with Scouting for passionate recruitment professionals with strong experience in leadership hiring for Outsourcing & IT Services domains.
HR SPOCs & other key stake holders.
– Handholding selected leaders and ensure that they are joining on their respective offers.
– Managing client SPOCs their expectations and day to day deliverables with precision.
– Ensure revenue targets and other key performance metrics are met regularly.
