Roles and Responsibilities

– Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition process for Pan India location
on Darwin Box
– Responsible for driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection
– Improvising and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing
and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
– Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure
hiring needs are met
– Responsible to connect with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in
different areas and departments
– Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
– Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
– Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates
including social media platforms, networking events, campus recruitment
and job fairs
– Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality
and salary requirements
– Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and
other members of staff Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other
professional networks
– Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the
requirements for each position
– Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
– Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement

a. Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
b. Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting customers and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.

Liaise with the key stakeholders and act as the single point of contact for handling all feedback and grievances relating to internal comms.
